Wrost Experience If having recharge of 4g but lady saying your outgoing service expried and recharge now no complete network

Worst worst worst Network . I was about to win in free fire . I have no words to say today. I gonna port it with Jio

Idea is the worst network in the world if I compair with any network,

I cannot able to play PUBG I cannot watch anything on Netflix streaming, if you are planing to port your SIM never do that,

Jio and Airtel is the best option.

The people of idea close your company you cannot fulfill any demand of any customer.

Today I m going to review Idea 4g, company

I have connection of idea 4g Postpaid, first think they bill was every month 430 and service ke naam pe kuch nahi means the speed of internet is to slow like 3g I have complained lots of time to customer care buy always say yes sir your problem resolved but nothing happened same speed I said them, I want to close my postpaid connection then they declined they said go to near idea agency I went to my city idea agency then distributor said do it online from customer care,

Really Worst company

And more worst thing now my last bill 538 which I did nt paid then stop my all services like outgoing, internet sms all.its ok

But how could they genrate this month bill I service is closed and I did nt use anything then they how can genrate this month bill total due is 999 as they said

My network speed was OK with Idea and when these guys merged.. I am unable to use my 4g itself, though I have 225 GB unused based on my plan.. Will u guys try to fix mine are do u like me port to another network..i am fed of u guys.. Sorry I had to post it..

Hi All,

Here I am writing this after loosing all hopes from Idea Cellular services. Following points would make it clear:

1. I have been complaining to idea regarding slow data speed since last year but they have always fooled me saying optimizing and other technical nonsense.

2. After Lockdown due to covid I had to work from home and I was not able to accomplish my task due to negligible data speed from Idea 4g.

3. Finally, I borrowed my wife's internet connection via Hotspot which is Reliance Jio. I am thankful to Reliance Jio to help me in my bad times.

4. I pay Rs. 470/- monthly on an average to Idea cellular and My wife pays Rs. 250/- only.

5. Idea have not supported me in my bad time and I have got enough scolding from my boss due to Idea Cellular.

Hence, I am switching to Reliance Jio.

I used this idea sim in 2014 and I need to exchange this ISP in few days because of its slow network and poor internet connectivity. Why this problem is happening I don't know but present day in our village people aren't using this product. But I suggest you that you're live in idea network coverage areas then you should try this Internet servicep provider.

I want to share my experience with Idea LTE.

Friends actually I am the customer of Jio For Internet purpose, but my permanent number service provider is Idea.

One nice day I found same offer of prepaid pack so I recharged in my Idea number and jio sim is automatically deactivated.

The worst service I experienced in my life is Idea.

I planning to port this to Airtel as all are telling Airtel is fast internet provider as compare to others.

I am waiting for completion of my pack and only two days are remaining to complete our Respected Prime Minister Shree Narendra Modiji announced lockdown in all over India. Now I stucked and there is no option for me to move others so I recharged again with Idea but this time thay given 1.5gb + 1.5gb = 3gb per day. So I really thought that good time come for me to enjoy Lockdown.

In first day only I experienced that I even couldn't see status in my Whatsapp and the same countnue till now.

They offered me 3gb per day but I couldn't use 30mb per day.

What I tell u about my lockdown period without Internet. I you are all scared about by thinking this but actually experiencing it, then what can I tell about this service you all know.

I also seen new videos in youtube regards new internet setting but all are fake.

Now I am Waiting for completion of lockdown to port my sim to good service provider.

Stay at home be same and enjoy the lockdown with family. Thanking all.

This is the waste network i have never seen.no getting proper data connection even customer care is also not responding to the problem. idea is not giving even 3g also .how can we expect 4g network?

I have been using IDEA since 1.5 years and I was not that much satisfied with the services as there are some issues in the network as a result of it I had to face problems of calling and internet also. Still that time it was not totally bad as a operator.

But, from few months its getting worst then ever as I am facing tremendous amount of network issue and 4G LTE internet connectivity is becoming so poor that even a lite weighted website takes a lot of time to load and even during downloading files it stuck.

I tried several times to contact customer care helpline but they do not pick calls so easily but fortunately I got to talk with customer care person and I thoroughly explained all the difficulties faced and they promised me to resolve all the problems within a week but the issues did not resolve .

I again complain they again gave me two to three weeks but after that also I had to face the issues and I m totally frustrated right now as I m not able to change my operator as due to lock down .

I would not recommend anyone to select this operator.

Waste network i never seen in my life this type of network plz custemors dont use this network very worst network this idea 4g .

At some places Idea wont work at all . But speed of this sim is really fast and I am bit impress with the sim . I have been use the sim since I got new phone and I never changed it again . I need to improve its quality at 4g .

This network is good and also worst because the speed and accessibility only depends on the location. In my experience slow speed network in my place. And its good working in city town etc.

They should not claim they have 4g network at city, Worst internet any other 3g was better than its 4g.

Worst network ever. Too slow its internet speed. Not Google open. Fare is very high. Service is down. Not recommended to use this network

I am user of idea 4G LTE. I am using idea 4G since 6 months. Its internet speed at day is good but at night it becoms very slow.

Trust me it's really annoying. Im a gamer and i already hit my poor Asus ZenFone max Pro phone to wall and I lost it , thought it's due to phone fault, but I was wrong! It's due to idea-_- even in my new phone it scks .!!! Fcking idea I hope u close Ur business soon fcking trash

Iski service ke liye idea ke employees ko nanga kar ke marna chahiye, frauds, cheaters . birla group a group of beggars and cheaters

My biggest mistake is that I switched my network from jio to idea, I guess.

Worst network.

It shows 4g but Speed is not even up the mark of H+.

Do not use it.
