As we shifted to new home in surat we booked gtpl fiber (we were happy with our old jio fiber which was not aviy in our home). After payment they don't pick up phone calls and not replying .after so many complaints and brain exhosting arguie they installed a router, which is not working , , no internet is coming ??????. again complaints, , local service provider is not receiving phone calls... companies customer care just book ur complaint and fly away.....the worst service system i have ever experienced

I am using this for my office very bad service and slow speed, Many times you have to follow up the person but no response from their side.
Not advisable to take internet broadband service from the its is better to take from local service provider or reputed company

No service from past 4 days complaint registered on 3rd June 2024 still no resolution till 7th June 2024

The screenshot will I have provided is the 80mbps plan of gtpl(which is the base plan??) . I think there's nothing more to say. They can't provide a stable and they are not allowing to enter any other providers like airtel, jio, alliance in Belgachia area.They are just creating a monopoly nothing else, salaa chor bc. Dhamna gulo shese taka neowar moto toh kuttar moto nis toh service tao de bantu.
GTPL Broadband boasts commitment of resolving issue in 24 hours, but from January when I renewed my connection, it's nearly 4th time the connection was gone for more than 2 days, last time they took outstanding 14 days to get the connection to work like before, currently I am waiting for 48+ hrs only thing customer support says is that they are sorry, last time I also requested a extension in billing cycle they extended it by 2 days according to them, but really didn't extend anything at all.
Always false commitments...don't trap in GTPL offers. They always promise to get the work on same day but do not work accordingly
I have registered request for shifting my gtpl broadband connection at new address. I will taking follow up from week and also call to gtpl office and customer support but no one given proper answer to me for shifting date or time . And no any single call I was receive from there local executive even I will call so many times to executive but they are not pick up my calls . So worst service given by gtpl office Vadodara location. When I talked to customer care executive for refund my payment so she asking me there are no policy for refund I said that my recharge done on 27th April 2024 so if possible u cut the week payment and others refund me. I am not giving any rating for there service ...

Kindly note that from last 2 months i am send the reminder for the revert on my email and process the refund but i have note received any update from your end and whenever i call customer care the only give fake commitments but no one is giving proper answers so I request you to please process the refund of my otherwise now i have file cases against your company for not giving my money back because from last 2 months no one in your team is bother to reply my email and customer care is always tell us to send email but in your team I think that there is no one who knows that how to reply email that’s why it 2 months to reply one email.
I have problem in modem instrument. I requist to change for it, but customer supporter say pls buy new modem from market, we r not change it.

Gtpl ka bad service he hapte me 4 din internet bhandh hi rheta he our service bhi koi deta nahi he is liye gtpl ka wifi mat lena
I have talked to customer care Krish Vaghora, Jignesh Swacheta both of them has given wrong information to me today, I have given request to transfer the broadband to my new house both of them have close the request without any information and they have maken fool to customer.
As the gtpl is making fool to all customer out of 12 months plan mostly connection in died condition only so taking money from customer in advanced and cheeting to customer also so how they can compare to airtel or You broadband.
Regarding to service also they are making fool to customer as the higher authority should see regarding this information which the customer care and employees are making.
Kindly note in on an urgent mode and needful condition should be done

Dear sir/madam , service and network of gtpl is worst to worst, they have no interest in providing your service. Go to any other network than that, even if it costs money, the service is good.
3 din se net bandh he aaj complaint ko 3 din ho Gaya abhi Tak chalu nai huva he. Service achha nai he
I live in house number A2/116 darshanam ecovista and they show my house number A2/120 , my net no working now they said for payment to change address
I'm using gtpl fibre since 2 years and daily isme network ka issue rehta he... Kabhi net nai chalta kabhi dusri problem.. irritate krdia he isne...
Only best part about Gtpl is it's available at all the locations, otherwise it's worst broadband connection, neither they resolve service, i had made a request on 23rd December 2023 still it's pending.Everyday they say will do it tomorrow.it hardly work smoothly 15 to 20 days in a month.i will never take gtpl broadband in future.
