A Corporate can resolve member issues, make announcements in its Article, reply to any review, comment on other's postings, upload unlimited photos of its products. Additionally, a Corporate can also Trust/Distrust members and communicate with others through M2M. In short, a corporate can go the entire hog and do focused PR.
In order to register on MouthShut.com, a corporate representative can simply fill-up the registration form. That's all! A MouthShut.com executive will then verify details and activate the account. Once the account is activated, the corporate will receive a notification email of the same.
In order to write a new Post or announcement, simply go to your Profile and click on 'Write Posts' link. You can write minimum of 100 words and maximum 5000 characters in the space provided and just hit the 'Submit Post' button.
Yes, you can surely save your posting to edit and publish later. On the 'Write Posts'; page you will find an option of 'Save as Draft'. Clicking on this link will save your posting. You can view all such drafts in the Drafts section in your Profile.
If you wish to change/edit/modify any part of a posting that you have written, it's easy to do so. Go to your Profile and click on 'Corporate Posts'. On this page you will see a list of all the postings you have written. Click on the title of the posting you want to modify. When the posting appears, you can click on the 'Edit' button and make your changes on the page. And then click on the 'Submit Post' button at the end of the posting.
Categories help you organize your postings into specific topics. To add categories simply click on the 'Add Category' link on your Write Posts page or Categories page, enter the name of the category and click on OK.
MouthShut.com's corporate members have the benefit of uploading unlimited photos in their Article. To upload photos, you can click on the 'Upload Pictures' link in your Profile. Just browse and select your desired image file and the photo gets uploaded right away!! In addition, the 'Add Details' feature also allows you to give a short description and some tags to each photo you have uploaded. Editing of Pictures can be done from the Corporate Photos page.
Your Company's logo can be uploaded from your Edit Profile page. Just click the 'Click here to upload your corporate logo' link next to the Corporate Logo field, select the image file and the logo will be uploaded.
A tag is like a subject or category. Related postings would look at the tags you use and then grab postings based on that. Tags can be separated by a comma and a space. (Eg. cars, cell phones, computers)While writing a posting, just ensure that you assign accurate tags in order to associate your posting with the various products on our website. Postings will be displayed on priority of the closest tags matched with the product names on our website.
Commenting on a Post:Corporate members can either comment on other's postings or on its own postings. To write a comment simply scroll down the Read Post page (Permalink page) and the Comments section will be seen. The comment must be headed with a suitable title.Commenting on a Review:Corporate members can also comment on any review written on MouthShut.com. Reviews can be commented from the Read Review page itself. The link/tab of 'Review Comments' will show the comment section wherein a comment can be posted.
Yes, a Corporate can respond to a review written by any member in order to express justification for its brand/product. At the bottom of the review page you will see the option of responding to the review. Clicking on the link will take to a page wherein the reply can be written and submitted.

You can post a comment on the reviews, however it is insisted that you do the first response via the "Reply as a Brand" Tab. Only then will it be registered as a Brand Response and enable your features to work.
The Reviewer gets a real time email notification as soon as you post a response on their review. They also receive a notification on their MouthShut.com profile and an M2M, stating that the Brand has responded to their review.

No, there is not a single review that has been written at the behest of MouthShut.com. Every reviewer has chosen to write their review on their own personal initiative.
A user must first register on MouthShut.com and thereafter each review must conform to review guidelines.
