What is this "Training and Quality Purpose"

Hope you all have heard this that your call will be recorded for "training and quality purpose" before connecting to a customer care representative, whenever we make a call to a customer care. I can accept the word "quality". but what about tr... Hope you all have heard this that your call will be recorded for "training and quality purpose" before connecting to a customer care representative, whenever we make a call to a customer care. I can accept the word "quality". but what about training? So this means our call will be used for the purpose of training their employees without our permission. They are giving the excuse that it is informed to the customer and hence they are using so. But my worry is how can they use it without our "Concent". Is it calling a customer care a crime? The final excuse from their side is that it is normal thing and all service providers are doing so only. And some customer care people even said that "since it is a toll free call we are doing so". LOGIC BEHIND "BEST BEFORE..." ??

You all might have noticed one thing that when ever we look for the expiry date for a food related item, we end up in seeing a statement "best before.". I wonder why it is so. What that really mean? Is it it to be taken as it is best for eating b... You all might have noticed one thing that when ever we look for the expiry date for a food related item, we end up in seeing a statement "best before.". I wonder why it is so. What that really mean? Is it it to be taken as it is best for eating before certain time interval and after that it becomes "better before" and then followed by "some what better before". So why there is no permanent expiry date as we can clearly see in pharmaceutical and related products. Is this our FSSAI's rule that all the companies are following? So this can be interpreted that there will be no expiry date for foods and beverages and an item purchased after the so called "best before period " cannot be considered as illegal or unethical. HOW CAN A TRANSGENDER BOOK A TRAIN TICKET??

How many of us have really thought about this. Are they not part of our democratic country? Whenever we try to book a train or bus ticket, there are only 2 options. Either female or male. It was not their fault that they were born as transgenders. Even this can happen in our family also. So their should be either options for selecting the genders for all types or nothing at all. This should happen in every part of our day to day life. Like applications to be filled in schools, colleges, offices and all other relevant organizations so they can also have the alternatives other than forcing them to become part of either female or male category which is an injustice.
