To my bad luck as one can say .....happen to surf and find some online site who sends gifts to other cities & countries as they claim., came across one so called site who claim to be in service since past 13 years...( Bull-Shitt) ...for Bhai Dooj festival ordered a gift along with tikka which falls on 15th of November .
I had ordered quite well in advance on 1st of November but so far there's no sign of that gift even on till today Bhaidooj evening .
In spite of my constant reminders they are quite on this matter and there is no response on this matter either.
Worst experience in my life and of course my fault as to trust these fake people.
They IndianGiftsPortal just spoiled my festival.
Can anyone give me some idea what to do with these people for ruining my festival ?
