Extremely Poor service & Incompetent staff.
A. Incompetent staff - paid for company formation, GST & compliance services in April'24.
Took them 30+ days for company formation(with me following up with them on each step)
Even after 6 months & 7+ attempts they are not able to get GST for the firm.
B. Unprofessional - Even after taking their package - they will keep asking for money for everything.
C. Non-sensitive staff - They dont care for your business nor for you. They will not invest any time in setting any finances management process in your organization and keep sending automated message like a broken record.
Even after you escalate they would make false promises and not deliver on the same. - Happened with me 4 times.
