I have just opened a business account with the HSBC and have to say that the service I have so far received was first class!
I had previously made an enquiry with this branch and all of the questions I'd asked were answered and I was given all the information I needed to ensure that I had a good understanding of how a business account worked. I was asked what I wanted from the account and all of my needs have been met, including 18 months free banking! My Business Advisor was very professional, helpful(but not pushy) and seemed genuinely interested in my business idea. The bank has kept in contact with me on a regular basis and I feel sure that if I have any problems or enquiries that they are at hand to help me.
