Pacenet is the most horrible service in MUMBAI.
They loot customer as per the building u stay in and are priced as per locality. that is why their website does not show costs and all plans.
Just within 5 buildings my friend gets internet for 650 with 256kps and I pay 850 for 128KPS line.
Speed is max. 3- 5KBPS ONLY which is Thrice LOWER than what they promise. Despite so many complaints, consumer court warning there is no use . U are prone to too many virus attacks via pacenet incoming IP requests from their network.
DO NOT EVER GO FOR PACENET

Very very slow. FREQUENT DISCONECTIONS
Pacenet does not care for its customers becoz they depend on local cable wala who often gives you compititor products
