These people say that the online payment will take max of 48 hours to get updated. However it took more that 8 days to get the payment updated. No one takes responsibility. they have the worst customer support. Both over the phone call and directly. CSR's are reckless, non accountable. When asked for the company policies by contacting Vodafone email support, they never answer for such questions.
At times the CSR over the phone call will reject to take the customers complaint. Attached is one of the Vodafone executive, an example for the dirtiest customer support and who reject to give his employee ID number when the customer demands.
