Its not Tataindicom Broadband - its a fraud Broadband Company. I got a connection on July which is a post paid but had an offer of getting the installation charge waved off if we pay 4 months amount (Rs 700 x 4) in advance.
For the first week at least I got the connection later they disconnected the service saying check bounce… (for you information I had given them cash – I still wonder how a cash can convert in to a check – only tata indicom can do this). I am fighting with them for past 4 months but no resolution.
The person known as nodal officer is the worst professional I have ever talked too…. He doesn’t know ABCD of broadband. Still I am waiting for the resolution…. (Its not only me…. Some of my friends and colleges facing the same issue) My kind advice will be never ever go for to Tata indicom
