My experience with Mr Raj Kumar Reddy.

I am the president of the building he lives at. First of all when there is any new construction that should take place all should be consulted in the building and after reviewing the proper work and the cost, also availability of funds the work should be carried forward. But here Mr Reddy after breaking down the frame outside the lift on all floors wants to send a quotation to us that we have to pay. As we just finished other imp repairs on the building it is not possible to pay for the same now.

This he doesn't understand whatsoever. When requested by me to atleast inform before taking any decision regarding the building I was told by him that I should live here for free and that he is not interested to speak to me. Not only that his wife without knowing the complete story would have comments like I should go stY in a housing board because we do not know how to live in a posh area.

But mind it this property belonged to my husband and we have lived here for 21 odd years. He would not be living here if not for us giving him the property to build.Even when he installed the aro plant no one was informed of the same and we all were forced not only to pay for a system which always breaks down but also for the huge electricity charges that it is consuming every month. These are just a few present issues we have faced besides the property has so many problems that we faced from the time we took over and it will take for ever to type. He needs to realise he cannot cheat everyone and karma will hit him. Hope he realises soon.
