Purchased a villa from them, faced all sorts of problems, they have to be told almost everything right from applying white cement to applying putty. They goof up almost anything that you don't take care and don't attend till you voice height of dissatisfaction.
1st floor bathrooms had leakage which had to follow up for months to get it rectified, it was redone 2-3 times even after multiple rectifications they had other problems(foul smell emanating from bathrooms) due to extremely poor plumbing practices followed(not even proper sloping of pipes) and had to get them redone on my own. Besides this there were other problems(foul smell at other places again due to the extremely poor plumbing standards, which also I got rectified on my own)
Builder had too many personnel problems and appeared at last to give the amount for repairs(that also some 15000 less) after much much pestering and follow up, on the contrary to being sorry talked too tough and went away as if we did all the mistakes and he did great favour by paying the amount to me. Latter messaged ready to undertake any new problems and get them fixed and apologized.
I thought he changed and for the good decided to put past behind and renew the relationship with him on a good note.
After this I got another problem leakage in sump, I informed the builder he assured he will get it done, informed me that he will take care, after that no sign of him at all. Pissed of I have left following up and ready to get things done at my own cost.
Builder does not have good engineers or plumbers, engineers lack basic common sense and allow problems to arise.Only aim is to deliver possession asap take money and leave at the earliest. All villas have multiple cracks. None of the customers seem to be satisfied though the website talks of committed staff, excellent material and blah blah blah . all bullshit.
On my own hunting for good plumbers, masons etc. It is a pain to do all this on my own every weekend even after paying so much amount to them.Really big disappointment.Hope this helps others.
