Customer lost there money and still no date of completion there are various issue related to delay in possession(no possession just getting money n running away), payment /legalities so cross check 100 times before making any decision.

Before investing your hard earned money in the company which runs by Rizvi brothers please think twice and do a proper research. Rizvi brothers run multiple companies, CANOPY HOTELS AND RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED, RIZVI BUILDERS(BANGALORE) PRIVATE LIMITED, CANOPY DWELLINGS PRIVATE LIMITED, UNITED SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED, CANOPY DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED, UNITED CORPORATE REAL ESTATE ADVISORY PRIVATE LIMITED, Canopy Estates. They start one company and make it popular. Once the money starts pouring in. They will create the other company and transfer all the funds to the new company. After that one brother will resign and other brother will take over and blames each other for the chaos. Before investing your money please I request you to come and canopy classic which is in Rammurthy Nagr and speak with the client and you will know the horror story.

This groups is running multiple real estate business in various states in India including government projects. They have not completed even one project to the satisfaction of their customers. In Bangalore alone they have about 4 residential projects and all are not completed for the decades together. Though they look and talk like ethical businessmen they are not. To loot money from the customer they will promise any thing that you want but nothing will become reality. Their aim is to get as much money from the buyers, show some progress and then abscond from the scene for few months. Then come back with new name for new business.

I am one of the losers by investing into Canopy Classic Apartments in Rama Murthy Nagar Bangalore where in the builder is Canopy Estates Pvt Ltd run by the Rizvy brothers. Like me there are about 120 buyers have been cheated by Rizvi brothers. The project was started in 2010 and till now they constructed about 40% of the premise and for the past 6 weeks their office has been closed and the MD of this firm Mr Yasir Rizvi has absconded.

His elder brother also in the real estate with similar business tactics. Hence my humble request to this readers to convey to your friends and family that not to invest with any of the projects in this world which are run by Rizvi brothers. Thinks 100 times before take decision to invest in their projects. If you have more money and do not know what to do with that funds, please donate to any real welfare trusts but please do not believe business run by Rizvi brothers. There about 200 clients who have invested in Canopy Crest, Canopy Calyx, Canopy Classic apartments for about INR 100 crores are in very bad shape and they have almost lost their hard earned money.So take wise decision.
