All prospective buyers need to know: The flat scheme has no corporation drinking water supply, no club house, no layout garden, no swimming pool, no power back up. BSNL connection not available in this building. There is no approach road. There is almost no security. Builder and some other flat owners belong to a same local family and they do not pay electricity bills as a result the transformer is going to be disconnected.

Anyone thinking of buying flat here, please make sure you take advice locally. The website of the builder gives misleading information and he is facing a consumer court complaint on this scheme. Behind the building there is a small graveyard where bodies are buried as well as cremated. Beware of all brothers of the builder, local small time politicians. Think before you make any deal.
