SLS Spencer, Bangalore

Hi,

THIS IS A WARNING!  the only reason i'm writing this blog is to warn anyone who is considering buying this property /Villa through the help of agents posing as reps from a Orphanage/Christian Charitable institution in Nagawara Bangalore(Helping Hands which i'm not sure is the right name)

There are 3 or more Persons who say they work for the Trust which is funded from Netherlands ans are helping Christians and others to buy Villas which are above 1.5 crores at only 65Lakhs.  shocking yes! I fell for it too that is why im writing this,

There is this lady who calls herself Pooja/ Sukanya/ Bagavathi  who claims to work for the Trust and help you buy a villa along with her associates Vijay, Valentine and Geri.(there maybe more of them and also someone at the sales office who is able to give them papers and info).

They ask  you to provide a certificate from the church you belong marriage certificate etc.  then you have to pay them anywhere between 3-10 lakhs as a deposit most of the villas they show as they say they have a limit quota given to the trust etc are nos. 2 9 28 48 49 50 62 63 there are more which keeps changing they spin a whole bunch of lies and the stories keep changing I can only tell you from my own experience. please don't fall for their lies you will only end up losing hard earned money they cannot sell you anything because they a a bunch or CON people you will lose the initial deposit waiting for house documents which you will never get or you will be given a spiral bound photocopied set of 300pages that has all important papers missing they are very convincing so be warned

I had a very bad experience trusting these people I never had a warning I have found this article by chance just recently I paid them a very large amount in hopes of being able to buy a home and im still chasing after them to get my money back.

I have had booked a 2BHK apartment SLS Spencer Bangalore Horamavu in 2007; according to payment plan I have paid the total amount in July 2011; as per payment plan of booked apartment was suppose to be handed over in September 11.

But the flat is still not complete also other basic amenities as promised by SLS Spencer at the time of booking. SLS Spencer' villas people is not responding properly when we are asking about completion of the flat. I think many other customers also facing the same problem with SLS Spencer Builder.

I request all SLS Spencer city homes customer to give their complaints to consumer court. And take some action against him
