Shree Mookambika Builders and Developers, Bangalore

I rented this apartment in May and since then I have only complaints. The quality of construction, fixtures and maintenance is worst. The second day I moved to this apartment, one of the restroom lock got jammed and they haven’t fixed it yet. The wall plasters are peeling off. Even the floor tiles are not laid properly. There is no swimming pool, children’s play area, proper water or EB connection. They have a tie-up with Tata sky and City online internet, the residents are forced to take a connection with them even though they have an existing connection with another provider. Inspite of all these flaws, they have the audacity to be rude. They are bent upon only collecting maintenance fee and not providing service. You cannot get a plumber, electrician or carpenter from outside and they don’t provide you one also for months. I strongly advise anyone against renting or buying here.

Should not buy any property from this builder. This builder is having no value on the personal & professional commitment . what they have committed to the purchaser.

Very rude builder and Only money minded.

If you buy any property from this builder then you are gone.

I am the owner of one flat from this builder in this premises(Begur road) and now is in trouble. Like me many others who has brought a Flat from this builder, are in big trouble.

So, recommend not to go ahead with this builder.

Reasons:

. No commitment from the builder when they will complete the undergoing construction of the building - Tirumala Sunidhi Desire on Beguar Road-Bangalore. They are saying starting from 2013, they will complete the construction soon within 1 month. now the ongoing deadline for the construction is Sep 2015(as per the builder). The same they are committing from Sep 2013 as per as my knowledge to the unfortunate buyers. I am definite, it will take minimum of 4 more months from now. May be 1 more year(possible too).

  They will ask you to pay the money as early as possible after buying a Flat. They will force the buyer for paying the money. Otherwise, they will threaten the buyers.

  If a buyer has booked a flat and ask for the dates about the handover, they will tell we will deliver the flats within 1 month, if you ask the builder about the dates, they use to tell we can't give any guarantee more then this 1 month timeline. If we( Builder) run away from this site without finishing the constriction, then what you can do. You can't do anything.
  

-While purchasing the flats they will never write any dates on the agreement to sale and build about the following:

Handover dates and clause if they can't fulfill the commitments about the dates, then what will be action?

They will tell the to the buyer- we will not write anything on the papers. If you are interested and trust us, then buy. Otherwise you can leave this place.

-If you trust their words and unfortunately buy a flat from them(like me), then you will be in big trouble.

After purchase, if we ask them about the progress, they will initially tell we are very much committed to complete the building in 1 month    :(:(

Our Boss(Builder) "Sundar Singh" is a very good builder and we never compromise on quality of the constriction. If you ask any thing more, then their other side of the face will come(very Rude and ugly).

-They even don't trust the email communications. The email communications from them also, can't be trustworthy. They will never fulfill what they have communicated in email too.  Forgot about the verbal communication.  :( -This property is even not having the Bescom electricty and BWSSB water supply conncetion approved.

So, think multiple times before purchasing any property from this builder.  Please think again and again before purchasing from this builder, otherwise your life will be hell.
