Marketing people are so cunning, they give all fake info, they play a drama, example :

Marketing executive 1 is dealing with customer 1

Customer 1 chooses a plot say the plot num 123.

Customer 1 is bargaining the price with marketing executive 1 . Mean while marketing executive 1 whatsapp the selected plot num to marketing executive 2. Suddenly marketing executive 2 will come in to the conversation and says that customer 2 is Already payed the booking amount for same plot 123. The billing is in the que the customer2 is fake customer.

Now the marketing executive 1(ME 1) suddenly become the god and the well wisher of customer 1 (CU 1) suddenly stops the conversation of bargaining and asks the cu1 to pay 10k by card/netbankning before the cu 2 reach the que line. Then you paid the booking amount next accept the rate that what ME1 told previously additional to that if it is east/north facing 100/200 extra persft . Else leave the 10k. This will be told after few days when you go to pay inetial amount. If you choose to leave the 10k another drama will start, sar its ur hard earned money we dont want to get it wasted and say some moral things finally make u pay it what they want. In each and every step you know that u r getting cheated but you cant do anything.

So be careful with marketing guys, this is 1 drama that i saw , dont know howmany more they do .

Recently, I bought a plot in Shatabdhi Township developers in Silver Oaks.

1. 
   They said land value will increase 20% after Nov 15.
   



2. 
   They offered free registration if customer pays full amount within 15 days.
   

He paid full amount in three installments.

Booking – 20, 000 - Nov7, 2018

Advance - 1.8Lakhs – Nov 10, 2018

Plot Registered to XXXX – Nov 13, 2018

Remaining – 9, 18, 313 – Nov 27, 2018

Post payment when he contacted them for registration, they informed us that the land is Registered to someone else On Nov13, 2018 as per their records.

We asked them if it is already sold out, why did they take our money on Nov 27th. They claimed that it’s a technical glitch.

When we went to meet them, they spoke very harshly including MD Mr. Srinivas Reddy

Mr. Praveen(real estate agent) used unparliamentary and vulgar language when we asked them our money back. I even have a video recording for the same.

Everyone claimed that it’s our mistake and they’re not responsible. Our only mistake was to blindly trust them.

Also. Mr. Praveen wrote the allocated plot number with Pencil and they didn’t give any bond papers when we paid amount. They said that bill should be sufficient.

When we asked our money back, they asked for bond papers.

After arguing a lot for 5 hours(Saturday Dec16th, 2018) we got our money back. Had a worst experience with them.
