Worst builder

Review On Savani Construction Corporation, Mumbai

As our building needed renovation we had contact these builder. The builder is very popular in our area. The charges of the contract is too high expecting that the work will be completed soon. But after six years of renovation the work haven't been completed yet. Also the way he implemented the project is not so good. We had given him many suggestion but he keeps on ignoring. Also he had very less labours working here. The builder hardly visit the site due to this the labours have got full freedom. The labours takes too much holidays which makes the work slow. Also the people reside here have got fed up and started to stay on rent outside. We have complained many times to the builder but he everytime tell that the money won't be refunded if the contract is cancelled. I suggest not to give contract to this builder because of his poor working ability.
