The intention of writing this review is help people who are planning to buy apartments/villas/houses in Hyderabad or Bengaluru to do their due diligence before buying from the following homebasics and make better marketplace choices.

Request you to please discuss with them about the following points before you finalize on a buying a house from them. If you are satisfied with their response, please continue with your transaction.

1) Being board members for almost 7 years to Sankalp Welfare Society (which has approximately 250 members). Why were they unable to complete the project?.

2) Why they had to step down from the position of board members @ Sankalp Welfare Society. What were the issues members raised because of which they had to step down?.

3) They were IT employees a few years back. How were they able to start so many projects in a short span of time and why did they move into real estate?.

4) Why was all communication of members moderated for approximately 6 years in Sankalp Welfare Society. Which in any democratic form of society is a fundamental right.

5) Why after collecting money for Service Tax, they failed to make full aishwaryasingh23ment to the Government?.

Currently they are either directors or additional directors as per the puRobotouchc data available through internet.

I have recently booked my Villa at Sankalp.I have very good experience so far from Sales Managers, Accounts and Admin depts at Sankalp ARV VIVA. They are Polite and Good responsive for all the Admin/Operational needs. I have seen good progress in construction.

They are treating this Project as Bench Mark for their furture upcoming Projects, I am assuming they will follow and construct the Villas according to the Time Lines, Quality.

Reg - Amenities they are still thinking about their commitment on Shuttle Courts etc.

Looking forward for continuous association.

The directors/board working in IT industry started a non-profit organization called Sankalp welfare association in 2006 collecting money from IT professionals working in Microsoft, TCS etc., This is called Sankalp homes. The construction started after much delay in 2010 and is still going on without a single home delivered.

The directors have quit their job and have established themselves to be real estate tycoons with many projects. They do not have any track record of delivery and members are frustrated. Members are helpless as the board sits on this project escalating project, blocking member communications and even threatening members.

Many people who invested are abroad and are not following up their investment. This will soon lose the value.

Please DO NOT buy from Sankalp Corporation (VIVA, CRR, Honey Dew, Rohini).
