And if you cancel it you have forget the money you paid. all their Men & Women who working there are like selling & Traing rowdies and goons. and selling flats any more.

Be care full from Builders...

I booked a flat in 10/06/2014 JP Nagar, 7th Phase Srikrishna A block, as per PB commitment they suppose to handover the flat on 2015 Dec, but they failed to give the flat,

Again they committed on Feb month end again failed, and tragedy is my Bank loan interest started from 2014 it self and I started pay from 2014, also I stayed in rented house and I started feeling pain paying the rent & bank interest, As per PB agreement they suppose to pay rent if project not completed in time which they refused to give.

And PB getting payment from bank every step on development of building, fist slab, second slab, third slab, wall, flooring etc almost I paid 80% of payment to then but work's are not atoll completing and am paying interest & rent. Finally one day I taken call for Gruhapravesh without Permanent power supply/No power backup/No Kaveri water connection/No lift.

After doing the Gruhapravesh, I made association Whats app group of all the flat owner then we are started coming to know that PB not applied power connection/ savage connection done illegally/ in car parking land lord made office and penthouse on terrace illegally/ fifth floor taken up illegally.

Also the building construction is too poor, in most of the flat bathroom water getting leak from ceiling, given floor tile/ bathroom fitting/ paint quality/ plumbing work/ work quality not up to the mark, and there is no proper rely from any PB employ on the issue, once you give money its over.

So now we planed to go legally to get all the necessary.

Also important note before booking flat in PB, check the agreement which getting done between PB & you, they will not give time to read you until booking the flat & loan starts.

before booking the flat pls check in Agreement Kaveri water supply/ Savage connection with HTP harvest and applied copy from BWSSB/ Power backup/ Permanent power applied copy from BESCOM/ Building construction blue print approved by BBMP to confirm the floor level & parking etc.

Since this all getting done in your money.Be care full from all the builders.

Problems in rented flat in Prabhavathi Windsor

Hello,

This my first review on mouthshut. May be many people think its fake but its true and could be an eye opener for other users who wants to take flat on rent direct from the builder.

I rented NEW flat on Prabhavathi Windsor 1 month ago direct from the builder and gave my advance on time. I promised by Prabhavathi's salesman Narayana that he  completed all things(ex. Bathroom fittings, electric switches, No doorbell.etc) before  shifting.

The day came when I packed all household Items and moved to New house and  guess what Not a Single thing is in complete status. The Plumber was fitting Toilet seat and electrician was fixing electric switches. I asked site engineer(Pramod) to fix everything but he said he will do tomorrow.  When I checked flat, I shocked The construction quality was poor, poor fixed door locks and bathroom fittings. They fixed geyser WITHOUT power socket.

I called Many time Site Engineer but no response. Same thing happened When I called  Prabhavathi's salesman.

But all these were trailer of big problems, After 1 week in the heavy rainy night suddenly water started leaking from roof and side wall. My kitchen and living room was looking swimming  pool.

It almost One month Nothing fix.  Currently I am following Mr. Bharat on this issue

My advice to the builder is  Don't make false promise, Because your tenant may be your potential buyer. Thanks,

Prabhavathi Springfield issue

I had booked a flat in Prabhavathi springfield in June 2013, they had promised to give possession originally by June 2015.

I'm not in bangalore since last 2 yrs so have not gone to the actual site or havn't talked to them much over phone, but whenever I called them they used to send some pics to me, most of the times it looked same pics, very slow progress or almost no progress.

2 days before when I called them I heard a new story that they have some issue with BBMP related to road widening and are not going to construct few of the units(my flat is one among them). Now they are asking me to shift to other available flat in same apartment or their any other apartment.

Do we have any other springfield owner here who is facing this issue, please do share your contact, you can contact me on bikaskumar@gmail.com.

Prabhavathi builders most affordable housing

Prabhavathi Builders have projects in good and prime locations and at very affordable prices. I have visited their sites and checked the quality they use, which is very good. I have heard their projects get delayed by few months but isn't that is common with every builder. apart from delays I have not heard much complains. their customer service needs to be improved as my calls were ignored at times, which only made it irritating for me. The sales team is efficient they clarified all my doubts.

I recommend Prabhavathi builders for those looking for affordable houses at best prices in bangalore!

Quality of the construction is very bad

Affordable flats will always have issues.Prabhavathi projects not only takes time to complete but is very bad in quality as well, They never complete the project on time and pester the customers for money.So much so that people have to take posession forcibly.The basic amenities of Electricity lift power back up can be seen only on their brochure never in reality,

So, my suggestion is never go for their projects.

I have heard positive feedback from all my friends, they are current customers of Prabhavathi builders. They are very satisfied with the quality used and are very happy to have a home in prime location. I am looking to purchase Prabhavathi daffodils, it is on the main road which makes it even more prime and is very close to Mico Bosch.

So it can be utilised for rental purpose. taking the recommendations of my friends I will be booking my flat this coming year in jan, a good start for the year. I thank Prabhavathi builders for providing apartments at such affordable prices and at great locations.

One of the worst builder in Bangalore

Please don't buy from Prabhavathi builders. The quality of construction is very bad and they never deliver anything on time.

There are apartments which are still not handed over to customers even after 4 years of occupancy because of several problems in common areas, parking allotment issues, water connection.

They compromise everything on the building and never look for quality of work. They are hurry in making new projects without completing existing projects. Please be aware of them. They approach you with lowest price in the market compromising quality.

I have bought one flat from Prabhavati builders from three years ago and I am still waiting for possession. Whenever I ask about the project completion date they tell that it will just take two more month to be finished and that two month never get over.They are highly unprofessional.

Though the Flat rates are reasonable and location is good yet site engineer and electrical staff is untrained.They are not even using their common sense for fixing switch boards and light points.I have to visit the construction site regularly just to insure that they are not doing something stupid in my flat.Many a times I found very silly mistakes and has to ask them for rectification like position of tap and shower point.

You can buy flats from Prabhavati builders as they gives competitive prices and nice bank loan support but you have to follow up them alot .

Apartments at Affordable Prices

I have come across Prabhavathi Builders and Developers when I searched to invest my hard earned money in real estate. I gathered little information about them in internet but I was not satisfied with the information. One cannot blindly rely on Developers or Builders by just having the website information.

So, I requested for a site visit and they have shown some of their projects at that time. It gave me some confidence on them. Then, after consulting with my family members and friends I made investment on Prabhavathi Rishab which is actually situated near Silkboard.

As it is a quite big project, there was a time delay which made me little upset at the beginning. But, later I found that the delay was due to the completion of project with all the amenities. Now, I am completely satisfied with my investment and I am damn sure that I have good value for my money. It is my personal experience with the Prabhavathi Builders and Developers.

All time cheaters builder.

Do not trust this builders for anything, You invest your money is gone.

You buy a flat to stay. You will never feel like living there. Firstly, they will never complete the project. Executives are unqualified and they will transfer the calls to their Seniors or TL . Those guys are Jokers and don't even know how to answer the queries made and all they want is to come to our office, we will discuss and doesn't know how to calculate Carpet area and they are called as team leaders and all time joker is They AGM. Worst all time worst.

Fit for nothing they say they have completed more than 15 Projects and still don't have a proper experience in construction and quality those walls are slant and 6" of difference wall from Beam. if you want to have bad time you can go with this builders.

Please don't go cheated please please please please please I am one of the employee who was with them for 2 Weeks and I have noticed all this. If you really want to make a home please go with someone who is CREDAI member.

If you don't know about CREDAI, please go to someone who assures and give you the same thing.

You will also find set of cheaters who talk all false commitment to you and executive managers, General Manager all are No# 1 Cheaters. They want only money from customer once you do booking its over they will never turn up to you and they only call for payments nothing other than that.

Its my request I understand the difficulties of making home. So please do not ever think even to visit site and waste your valuable time.

I came across Prabhavathi builders on google while I was searching for flats in Bangalore. Looking at their low prices I was surprised so I visited Prabhavathi Heaven project near bannerghatta road, a completed project by Prabahavthi builders. I was very happy with the quality utilized there, from the structure to tiles it was of superior quality.

Even the location was prime. Impressed with their project I went to their office and their executive attended me. Keeping a mind of my budget they suggested me one of their project called Prabhavathi spring field, immediately I visited the project along with their executive and within a month I purchased a two Bhk flat. I thank them for attending me so promptly and helping me with my loan.

There post sales service also is satisfactory, though could be improved. I am very happy that I have a place I can call home in this expensive city called Banaglore. Thank you Prabhavathi builders for making our dreams come true. Kindly continue this good service.

I have been living all my life in Bangalore. Seeing the ever increasing cost of living I never thought I could own a home in Bangalore.

On seeing Prabhavathi Builders advertisements on paper I was shocked and immediately called them up and got the project details from them, still suspicious I visited their current and completed projects.

After seeing their projects I can say with confidence that prabhavathi builders are making the common man’s dreams come true. I have booked my flat in their grand view project and I am completely satisfied with their service. I can proudly say that I am the owner of a 3bhk flat in banaglore.
