Extremely bad experience

Customer service experience is very bad. The team will keep juggling you between themselves and no one will give clear answers. If you have bought a property in their project - assume you have got yourself in a trap and at their mercy. Highly avoidable. Pls go with better category A names where the delivery and customer service is much better. My project is 2 years delay and they are giving possession when one cannot go and live for next 1 year. Work is going on and site visit is extremely hazardous when possession is already given.

Excellent place for family. Quite good Emenities and everything is near by. Quite good construction quality.
Non-agricultural land.

I have no idea whether the area on which the property is built is non-agricultural land because they did not show us those papers. They showed us all the other papers, so this makes us really doubtful about whether the land is non-agricultural land.

No facility for sharing parking service

It has been seen that instead of availing for a case where Parking can be shared among different business in an area to take advantage of different peak periods, there have been no such cases. There has to be services to encourage businesses to share parking.
They tell lies to sell the property.

They will go to any extent to make you book the flat!They will even fabricate lies and show you false documents, so do not trust them unless you show the documents to your advocate!

It is a very common case where the staff member who works with the brokers happens to realises that there is no much input by the broker and hence is aware of all the tricks in the real estate. This adequately reduces the staff growth.

By showing attractive opportunities that the buyers are mostly on the verge of loosing out, many of the developers have started asking the buyers to make a good amount of payment well in advance thereby creating emergency in the buyers.

There are many flats and projects in the nearby area where the water connection is not up to the mark and there is no guarantee as to whether or not there is good availability of healthy water throughout the day and hence many buyer hesitate.
