Interference in every small thing!

We have to ask the builders permission when we want to make some changes in our own house! We also have no freedom to take tutions or do any productive thing in our house! They ask for a commission on what we earn! When it is our house, why should we give them comission?

No equal access to common areas.

Land getting costlier

Since the past few months, it has been seen that many of the under constructed projects are getting exorbitantly higher in their formation and construction since many of these are financed by the banks. The banked then charge these builders very high interest rates that is not suitable.

Only taking margins into consideration

Most of the builders take into consideration just the high-profits segment part that is accounted to affordability and nature of housing that is decided by keeping majority of the profits in mind.

Very high registration charges

There have been many of the apartments that have been soaring with price ranges beyond the normal scale. To add onto this, there are also compartments whose registration charges have exceeded beyond the expected range. Thus care has to b taken to reduce the charges.

So as to enable many of the slum developers to be actively involved in living in the slums, it should be noted that Floor Space Index should not be the only parameter that is taken into consideration which construction and housing viability is determined.

Little scope for redevelopment

The government currently fails to back the residential societies with much of finance driven plans. The main concern behind this is not been able to increase the FSI and since most of the property was developed before FSI was lowered, redevelopment becomes difficult.
