Many of the developers besides providing information about the legalities, fail to provide detail about the surrounding area and what all development is coming up in future when asked and enquired from the buyers. This fails to achieve credibility for the buyers.

No signs of project being done.

There are no signs of this project been done and we have lost all the patience that we have now. They have taken 90% of our money yet there is no progress and to say that we are scared would be an understatement.

Hopeless feeling!

These builders have caused me such feelings of anger and displeasure like I have never experienced in my life! They are reputed builders and you would not expect such a thing from them, but they delayed the possession for 3 years and used poor quality ingredients for construction, which is causing us so many problems

Redevelopment project gets stuck up in court

This building looks so good from outside, but the finishing of this place is bad from inside. Cement in falling off at some places. There is a bad odor that comes from the pipelines and drainage system not being well maintained and good!
