No facility to Park once and walk

There have been no services that actively make facilities for Focused and centralized shared parking that will create a “park once, then walk” environment. Steps like this should be taken to promoting businesses in cities, particularly within central business districts which allows multiple users to reach multiple destinations.

These builders have caused me such feelings of anger and displeasure like I have never experienced in my life! They are reputed builders and you would not expect such a thing from them, but they delayed the possession for 3 years and used poor quality ingredients for construction, which is causing us so many problems

Very high registration charges

There have been many of the apartments that have been soaring with price ranges beyond the normal scale. To add onto this, there are also compartments whose registration charges have exceeded beyond the expected range. Thus care has to b taken to reduce the charges.

Not able to seek buyers

Since the very past times, there have been multiple times when the developers have not been able to seek expansion of the properties on the already built up and purchased flats since it has been the buyers that have lost credibility in the form of active investments, loss of proper execution coming from the builders end.
