Poor processing and issues in flat

Very unprofessional work flat has many issues. Quality check from their side isn't there. Documentation slower and not in place. Their work in comparison to other builders isn't up to the mark. Out flat still has so many issues wall leakage to bathroom fittings issues/ faulty switches.

They did not show us a review of any draft document that we could see before signing the agreement so we did not get any time to think well over what we want to do.
Car lift problems.

The car lift at this apartment is quite bad and it has caused a lot of problems and I am so scared ever since we got to know that a car fell in the car shaft because it is so unsafe.

The projects of these builders are unnecessarily over hyped, resulting in them offering really overpriced houses for no reason! Complexes in the area have similar facilities at a much cheaper rate, so you would really have to have a lot of money that you have no use for to buy an apartment at this place!
No eqaul freedom to use the amenities.

Everyone does not get equal freedom to use the amenities and facilities in this building. One person has the keys to the terrace and the table tennis court room and he hardly lets anyone else use it.
No review of agreement papers!

They have not done a good job when it comes to building the amenities and facilities. They promised us a lot more than wjat we got.

Since there are many projects which are constructed but their construction are not according to approved plans, they have been facing a delay in getting an occupancy certificate (OC). As a result, the buyer pretty much avoids to invest into such projects.
Their approvals and licenses are not in place.
