Pathetic service I purchased a Mini Sewing Machine from the site bestonlinedealz.in Product Purchase date: - 7th November 2013. I purchased this product called 4 in 1 Sewing Machine from the above site on 6th November 2013 and the product was delivered on 7th November 2013 I took a cash on delivery option and called up the customer care number ie 91- 9555102552 as the product was not functioning at all. I called up the customer care executives several time and still getting to hear that the complaint has been passed on to the concerned department and the executive shall get back in 72 hours. It’s been more than 10 days now and still the complaint has not been resolved. I am very upset with the service. Pathetic service The names of executives whom I spoke to are Richa, Ritika, Raj Malhotra, Ajay and many more. Although I can see a 60 days money back guarantee stamp on the invoice but the customer service provided is not acceptable at all. If there’s no action being taken within 3 days I would be compelled to take this matter to the Consumer Court. Regards, Anita Read More
