I am very disappointed to say every car which I rented is in one of the worst condition in whitefield loCation
Please consider this as geniune review which I experience from Zoomcar. It is hight impossible to reach out customer care which is se toll free 1860 even you try some top up as well They have set up some zoom car parking all area basically some are like they stay in apartment and owning few car so highly impossible to track the address of them if you choose pick up which will waste your 1or 2 hours and later since no custer care Approachable so just waste of money Car condition is worst.
No one responsible for handing over the car to you
No manintance on car always dirty and damaged
Fuel is always 1point if you fill fuel then they don't reimburse money
All worst thing with customer care which are unapproachable.
