Food was not delivered and the reason was i did not respond to my phone. When i called back within 5 minutes noone responded. My apartment security calls on my intercom whenever there is any delivery, noone called. Zomato customer care says i cannot help in this situation so what situation can you help.
I paid through paytm and i am not being refunded back.
Secondly why would they call me was there an issue with the address (definitely not since i have received orders in the past). They should have come to my doorstep rang the bell which did not happen.
Horrible never would i suggest orderimg from this place. Zomato needs to verify the service of these type of vendors and have customer care who can address this type of issue rather than raising their arms up in the air.
Money was already deducted from my paytm which was never refunded. They always take advantage when they get te money in advance.
