I had ordered some items from Freshmenu through the Zomato app. The order was confirmed and one hour after confirmation it was cancelled by Freshmenu. When I took it up with Zomato, initially they said the order was not cancelled. When I sent them a copy of the cancellation message, they then said they would check and get back to me. This process took 30 minutes and finally they told me that the order would be delivered in another 10 minutes. This was a false assurance and the order never came. This site and app should be boycotted and consumers should ensure that this site is closed.
