Zomato is desperately trying g to promote Simple pay.
13 th Sept 2021 The promo code said click here to waive the 35 rs delivery charge. When I clicked on it it said you have paid zomato via simpl pay. Now where did they mention that I would have to pay through simplpay. I did not want to share my details. I wanted to pay cash. Customer care said they can do nothing about it. So I had to download the app and pay .
29 th Sept I ordered something. It said place order . On the side in fine print it said pay through simpl pay .
The other options were hidden very cleverly . When I clicked on it again it went to simplpsy. Zomato is making fools out of their customers like this. Simplpay must be giving them a good commission. Read carefully before you place order or better still don't use the zomato app at all. Use another app .
