WORST EXPERIENCE!. Review on Zivame

I had ordered two bras from Zivame after watching a reel by an influencer who claimed that the products were amazing and totally worth it. Based on her recommendation, I thought i'd give it a try. But honestly, my overall experience was very disappointing. First of all, my order didn't arrive for over one and a half months. YES, 1.5 MONTHS! I waited and waited, but there was absolutely no update from their side. I tried contacting Zivame's customer care multiple times through calls, emails and even on social media- but I got no proper response. Either there was no reply, or they just sent auto-generated messages that were of no hlep at all. It genuinely pissed me off. I eas so frustrated with their unprofessional behavior. After all that unnecessary delay, I finally received my parcel. Yes, the qaulity of the bras was actually good, soft and comfortable, just like the influencer said. But, I feel the prices were slightly on the expensive side for what I got. And by that time, my excitement was already gone because of the horrible service. and to make things worse, The delivery guy was extremely rude. His tone was unprofessional and disrespectful- he behaved like he was doing mr a favor by delivering my parcel late. If I had to rate zivame's customer service, I'd give it minus rating. The products may be good, but what's the point if the service is this bad? They seriously need to work on their delivery and customer support.
