Zepto, 10 min delivery company who never delivers within 10 minutes. I am not taliking about TIER-2 or some remote location, I am talikng about Gurugram. When you add items into cart, it will show delivery in 8 minutes everytime but after payment it will show 8 minutes whenever you track your delivery partner, just like bas 5 min or.
My worst experience happened last week when I ordered something which I need urgently and I was waiting for next 30 minutes and nothing arrived then I went to market and bring on my own. Then, I called zepto care to cancel order so after 3 minutes they delivered it and refused to cancel the order. After that I realized why this idea failed in USA or Europe as we ideally don't need this too fasy delivery by paying such extra cost.
I would recommend lets stop using this bullshit and go to our local market which will help them and also help us to get some extra steps in our smartwatch. #IAmLocal
