My experience with zepto is they don't consider that customers can be dissatisfied by their product...cleverly the crm doesn't give a return option...I bought a Giva eartops which looked big and bright on the purchase window...but when I received them..they are the size of a small dot...upon consulting the customer support team...they neatly denied it is not a wrong product and didn't offer exchange also...please be aware of such cheap tactics
