Zedge application took this to a whole new level it is available on Android, Ios, Windows Phone using application is easy and fast.you can rate stuff uploaded by various users and categories makes easy to find wallpapers or ringtones easy. you even dont need to set size of a wallpaper it automatically choose correct size for the device.
