I bought this mobile last year, October 2016. I went for micromax company only because it is an Indian company and not a Chinese.
But I realize why people don't go for Indian Companies. This mobile is a no use product. For the first 2 months, I had no problems. Immediately after that there were network issues(No Jio Sim card). The network would be there at one instant and vanish at the other instant.
I tried to use the sim card on other mobile phones and it worked perfectly. I realised the problem was not with the sim card, it is with the handset.
Since it was under warranty, I submitted the mobile in their repair centre. The repair centre kept the phone for 3 days and said they have made some hardware & software changes in the phone.
The result was the same as before.NO SERVICES.
I told them once again, they again did the repairs(according to them.who knows whether they actually repair or not) and the result was the same.NO NETWORK
I wonder whether it is a faulty piece from the Company itself. All these took away 3 months. Now my warranty will end.
