I had order the phone from AMAZON india. Got the phone within four working days. Used it for few days and my first response was its, fast, easy on budget, good resolution camera etc etc. with all the bells and whistles the phone is worth the price.
Suddenly inevitable happened and I broke my screen. Its been more than a month chasing with customer care. My review for the service goes like this.
No dedicated service team apart from ill trained call centre.
No service centre network.
Initially prmised to swap the phone, later changes it to pick-repair-and deliver scenario.
callback duration limit of 48 hours is calculated @ 8hours per day(sick)
Closed the complaints without resolution.
I am sharing my ticket numbers as an evidence.
ticket No. 1. 1047794, revoked three times by the call centre still awaited resolution.

Recived a SMS mentioning Way bill no(343510407094) depicting product is on the way.
Follow up from customer care on each consecutive days, always getting the same answer" Abhi 5-6 din lagenge). TOday only got a the same response that it will take 5-6 days more.Patchetic
Update: 24th July, 2015. 36th day after the complaint is filed with sutomer care.
A packet is delievered, delivery boy asked INR 2999/- against previously agreed 2284/-. Checked with Customer care jokers. They committed the mistake and informed that they have sent Yu Yureka instead of Yuphoria so the price difference. DIdnt wanted Yureka so sent back( What a joke!) New cycle of false commitments is started.
Oh God! Have pity on Yu Televentures! I am going to file complaint in consumer court at last.
Update: 25th July, 2015 37th day after the complaint
A new waybill number received stating that I have to aishwaryasingh23 INR 2999/-. OMG again Yureka. What the bloody hell. Customer care people are not telling a thing. Only saying sorry. One good point about Amazon. They have agreed to aishwaryasingh23back despite broken screen. But what to do with this offer. " MY PHONE IS LYING WITH YU CUSTOMER CARE".
