During mid part of 2007, it was well maintained and showed some great interest rates and loans.but for the plans of the proceedings.
Most likely it was not really well maintained now and we have many issues with the security of internet banking and mobile banking. The availability of schems were less and when we look for some tax free provident funds they were just postponing the things with the call and it was still now not really available fully.
Main issue is the less branches and if we have some work in bank, we need to take a day off and go in search of the bank and it will surely makes you tired to searching for the atms and the interest rates were not great now and it should be changed to attract more customers which really lags them more.
