I ordered Shoes from YepMe . Buy one get one offer . Got two pairs of shoes . I usually use size 7, and I did receive size 7, however I cant wear then as by feet barely enters the shoe.
On further examining I realized that the quality is pathetic .Dilli ka maal .I also ordered a pair of shirts(Again buy one get one offer), however the quality of fabric is poor . The good thing about the shirts is I can at least wear them:)
Poor customer care service . It takes ages for someone to talk to their customer care executive.
There is no question of refunds in case you are not happy about the product and want to return them. A friend of mine returned shoes to them long ago, however he has not received refund for the same . Same is experience of many customers who have purchased from this site.
Better buy branded stuff from Flipkat, Myntra or Amazon instead of wasting money in buying from Yepme.
