I booked a hotel using Yatra - Fab Express Airport Metro recently while travelling to Mumbai.


I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. The room was pathetic and was very poorly maintained. It was a tiny room with leaking AC, non working AC remote & tv remote. The curtain was old and torn and damp all across. The bed sheet etc was old and smelling bad, seems not changed at least for few weeks.


This hotel was not worth even Rs 500 per day.


Registering a complaint with Yatra too was difficult. After 5 to 6 attempt I was able to register a complaint. They simply said sorry and offered Rs 500 Yatra Voucher which was not acceptable to me.


Additionally there is no option on their website to leave review on the property.


Extremely bad experience with both Yatra & Hotel.
