I had a very bad experience on my travel to mysore last week, I did my hotel booking on yatra.com a month before my travel and got a yatra travel ID. I kept calling yatra service center for confirmation or rejection but did not got any response despite calling 3 times and writing 2 times. When I reached mysore as planned the hotel did not honour the bookings and said there is no room avaiable to stay. As per hotel the booking was not confirmed to Yatra and it is their duty not his to communicate with the customer.I had to look from one hotel to another in this busy season in mysore.
This have been my first and last booking with yatra, What a pathetic customer service, I remember making telephone calls to support desk and everytime I was told I will recieve an update on email.
Can I ask Yatra as to whose customer am I?Please do not mis-treat your customer, I am also filing my complaint with the consumer court for justice.
