Xpressbees is nothing live xpress. First of all you have a higher chances of getting your parcel delayed.
Secondly you do not find their local contact no either on google or in there website. Just one no of their main head office which is in banglore ( karnataka)
Customer care is pathetic. They will tell you that your query will be resolved in the next 24 hrs but it won't.
I had sent many parcels through expressbees but most of the time I hear my customers complaining about them.
Sometime it gets delayed. Sometimes the person misplaces the order. And sometimes the order returs without even attempting the delivery.
I request you not ro trust this services as you cannot rely upon them.
