I known very well this mobile got many good reviews, at the same time it have many problems too. two of my friends bought this mobile and encountered many problems. One friend got over heating problem and battery gets drained within 2 to 3hrs. His touch is also not working properly that bottom 3 menu, back, more buttons are stored working. Another friend who bought this mobile suffered with touch problem, his touch is working improperly so he tried to contact customer support, they said he have to give his mobile to them for more that 30 days to get repair done. So he finally repaired his mobile in private service centre by spending 2.5k from his pocket.
That's what I'm saying mi products are cheap and worst service support.
