We visited Woodpecker furniture shop located in Besant Nagar Chennai on Sunday, 15-July-2012 and were completely disappointed by manager behaviour and customer support. We shortlisted TV Stand, Wardrobe, Swing, Shoe Rack and Dining Set of which 3 items were told to have NO new pieces in stock on Counter whereas sales person told us that new pieces are in stock. Store Manager justified that customers in other woodpecker shop have purchased same items during this time leaving no stock availability.
Store Manager asked us to buy displayed piece available in showroom at same price which had scratches and damages. We were very disappointed by poor customer support and non-courteous behavior, and decided not to buy anything from that shop and will never go there again.
