If there is been any option for giving a negative ratings, I would have gone for it. The worst customer service one could ever experience. We ordered for a bed and a shoe rack in the month of March, 2020( before lockdown). The bed was delivered without any customisation after 1.5 months. The product was delivered with so many scratches and other faults. They promised they will send the carpenter within a week. But after following up with them regularly for about a month they finally sent carpenter almost after a month. In between they never called us to give us an update. Now for the shoe rack they assured us they will deliver the product by the end of June, 2020. For this also we have called them more than 50 times. Last week also they assured we will get the product by end of June. Today they are saying it might get delivered by mid of July, 2020. I mean I am so disappointed with the service. I asked them to cancel the order and get us a refund. Otherwise I'm moving before the consumer forum for all the harassment and false promises made by them.
