I bought the Wi-Bridge WiFi Router from Reliance with a 3G Internet Dongle. On the https://wibridge.in website the support number given is of Hyderabad. Reliance sells this product but does not take any responsibility for it. On calling Wi-Bridge, they were of no help either.
The quality of this product is terrible. It works when it wants to. The salesman who sold it to me had no knowledge of it. He made me open the pamphlet & see how to install it & had to keep calling his "boss" to find out what to do. It took a few days until it was up & running.
It has been giving problems since I bought it. I have given up on it like a bad investment since neither Reliance nor Wi-Bridge are willing to do anything about it in spite of it having a 6 month warranty!
