I used to buy all home appliances from Vijay Sales, this time I thought of trying, ARCEE Electronics but it has been a very bad experience and would like to share it with all who will read it.
I bought Voltas window AC (1.0 T) from Arcee Electronics, Kharghar, at the time of purchasing, representative of Arcee, Kharghar, Mr. Ajay Singh assured to give me free service i.e. just inform them and they shall take care to arrange for service engineer. Now, he is simply refusing to provide any services and I had to take the trouble of registering a complaint directly with your customer care - Voltas. (Ref. - Invoice No. 42401 (Order No. – ORD1425648) dtd. – 23.03.2014.
I am extremely upset with Arcee Electronics, Kharghar and his representative of Arcee, Kharghar, Mr. Ajay Singh towards their bad behavior and demand action against them. Your response and action in this regard would decide, how I should choose ARCEE in future or NOT, so please confirm your response and action taken in this regards, at the earliest.
