Hellow friends, I had purchased VW polofrom Bhasin Motors in mumbai.
Purchase process was smooth but the dealer took a huge amount of time in getting the registration process completed. I also ordered the accessories pach which includes reverse parking sensor, doormats, mud flaps etc. which I never got! Had to but from a 3 rd party store.
when the car is done 6000kms and I was on my way. It was pretty late and I started hearing a noise from front wheel under braking. The braks dicks were failed only at 6000kms that was disappointing to me. At the time of purchase they promised me that everything other than plastics comes under warranty. They said this comes under moving part criteria thus cannot be changed under warranty! I had to pay for the disc brakes that was ? approx for one braks.I was very shocked with VW's quality.
So, as per my opinion you should not buy this car and waste your money.
