Unnecessarily Increasing Postpaid Bill Amount

Nowadays all the mobile network operators are fooling customers.I have been a Vodafone prepaid customer for almost 6 years hence while buying another new connection I thought of buying Vodafone postpaid connection.


I bought postpaid connection of Vodafone with a plan of rs-500 and using it for three months I used to get the same bill of rs-660/month. But recently june month bill I received was of amount rs-1300.


I called customer care and talked regarding my issue they told you have downloaded paid content from the internet of rs-500 I was shocked which such content I downloaded.


I told the customer executive to transfer the call to his senior executive I told senior executive to please provide me details of my rs-500 extra charges he told I don't have any details you will have to pay it without any excuses.


I told him I will do mobile portability he told do it we don't bother about it but you will have to pay charges. They are been nowadays charging any amount without any reasons fooling customers.


Also, the customer support team is very bad in terms of service and no knowledge at all to their executive. Nowadays they are not bothered about the customer they just want money.Please beware from Vodafone postpaid service.
