I have been a very loyal customer to Vodafone(prev Hutchison Essar and Orange) since my college days and was happy until I bought a new next generation mobile which supports micro sim only.As any normal customer would do I went to Vodafone store after long time.
I bought micro sim from there and they took an original card back.But its been almost 4 days my number did not get activated and the support executive at store also doesn't seems to bother or knowingly not paid attention to my issue.
Finally I realized that they concentrate on inquiring only new connections and in the way they have lost their standards in maintaining and treating existing customers well. Finally I moved to reliance which provides good service both in terms on customer servings and 3G connection coverage.
Only thing I want to say here that Orange/Hutch ohh sorry Vodafone now don't remain the same. Its just getting worse
