I have been using vodafone since 5 years . Earlier it was so good the network quality was better, internet work so well, customer support was also satisfactory but nowdays it becomes so worst they just make fool of me everytime. I am facing network issues and uneven deduction on my vodafone connection . I changed my sim to 4g still I face network issues , too many call drops, internet doesnt work all the time as it always run on 2g .
So called the customer service what they do is they only suggest to go for postpaid if I denies then they say our time is working on your area and soon all your network related problems will be resolved . Its been 1 year I am hearing this same punch line again and again from vodafone customer care. If I ask why you guys deduct 1 rs everytime I switched off and on my phone so what they say is sir we dont know u should call on 198. I am so frustated with the service and customer support. Looking frwd to port my sim.
